CS-600F

CS-600 có chức năng cao hơn phù hợp cho sản xuất, ví dụ như khả năng thực hiện các phép đo trên dây chuyền sản xuất với nhiệt độ cao trong rất nhiều ứng dụng, vận hành ổn định và giảm thời gian dừng máy, kích thước nhỏ gọn cải thiện năng suất không gian nhằm đáp ứng yêu cầu quản lý chính xác quá trình ướt trong công nghệ bán dẫn tiên tiến.

Giảm kích thước để có layout tối ưu hơn.

Thiết bị CS-600F có kích thước nhỏ gọn, chiều cao giảm 36%, thể tích giảm 40%, và không gian yêu cầu cho đầu đo còn 46% so với model trước đó (CS-100F1 series)

Độ ổn định cao, đo đạc trên chuyền sản xuất với nhiệt độ cao (20 tới 80^oC)

Hệ thống quang học mới hoàn toàn và sự cải thiện về thuật toán cho phép đo đạc trực tiếp với quá trình sản xuất ở nhiệt độ cao. Loại bỏ hoàn toàn quá trình hạ nhiệt mẫu đo. Horiba CS-600F cung cấp độ ổn định cao, từ đó tăng tính hiệu quả và quản lý hóa chất chính xác.

Giảm tần suất điều chỉnh background

Tần suất điều chỉnh background được giảm đáng kể so với model trước đó (CS-100F1 Series) nhờ đó giảm được thời giam dừng máy đáng kể và góp phần làm tăng hiệu quả sử dụng máy.

Một thiết bị duy nhất có khả năng đo tới 6 loại chất. Dung dịch và dải đo có thể tùy chỉnh tự do, cho phép CS-600F đáp ứng được đa dạng các yêu cầu.

Khả năng xuất tín hiệu đo đạc tới 6 thành phần (tín hiệu serial)

Model trước đo (CS-100F1 Series) đã có khả năng xuất tín hiệu cho bốn thành phần (tín hiệu serial). Model này có thể xuất tới 6 thành phần tín hiêu. Đầu ra tương tự model mới có 4 thành phàn so với hai thành phần tín hiệu cũ của mô hình trước đó.
